Soap and Glory Body Scrub Review

Ever since I mistakenly bought some sugar scrub over Christmas (a stupid mistake turned an awesome life changing experience), I have been on the hunt for the perfect body scrub. In this post, I discussed all of the different scrubs I've used up until that point and then made the claim for my favorite scrub. Recently, I purchased the Sugar & Shea Breakfast Scrub from Soap and Glory (available here for UK shoppers...I know Sephora stocks Soap and Glory in the USA, but I don't see this specific scrub on the website or on Soap and Glory's USA site).

Recently, I've been using this bad boy and I couldn't be more in love. I think I may actually like it better than my blessed Body Shop Cocoa Butter Scrub.

Why is this scrub so amazing? Largely because of the texture and smell of it (it smells sweet without being overpowering--it reminds me of porridge). Their other scrub (Sugar Crush Body Scrub), which is, for some reason, incredibly popular (and smells terrible in my opinion) is a lot thinner and has looser feeling. This one is perhaps the thickest body scrub I have used and almost feels like wax (but in a good way)--which hydrates your skin beautifully. It has thick exfoliating beads that really help flake away your dead skin cells and leave your skin feeling totally fresh. This is perhaps the best £8 I have ever spent and my skin feels totally lush. Highly recommended!
